About Angela
Angela VanAppelen has worked with the Visually Impaired Program for 27 years. She worked as an Instructional aide for 6 years and received her Library of Congress Braille Certificate in 2000. She has transcribed for several students in grades K-12. She is passionate about her work and is dedicated to making sure that all students have equal access to print materials.
